dsanchez1982 Posted January 28, 2011 Posted January 28, 2011 flattie fillets or any firm fish skinned flour with a bit of chinese five spice teaspoon ad cayenne pepper as much or as little as u want dip in some egg wash then in panco breadcrumbs there jap can get them at most supermarkets or asian grocers i usually deep fry them in a wok 3/4's veggie oil 1/4 extra virgin olive oil cook to golden brown finish off with sea salt flakes and lime or lemon tartae sauce if your lazy store bought whole egg mayo mixed with chopped gherkins and capers and some parsley as well sprinkled with cayenne pepper and a good twist of lime enjoy
