tide'n'knots Posted October 29, 2011 Share Posted October 29, 2011 I have eaten a few silver drummer and they taste not too bad, the flesh tends to toughen as they get larger so I would recommend baking them in some kind of sauce in the oven to try and keep some moisture in there,but taste wise they are quite good. nice catch. pete.
