cc118
Hi Raiders, I made a trip to Thompsons Creek dam today, to test drive my new switch rod. Conditions were cold and windy, and would have been really difficult with single handed casting. However, with spey casting, this was a lot easier. After flogging the dam the whole day, I managed to come up with this 44cm bow. She was released after a few snaps. Sorry for the short report. Matt
A Spey Rod! Wow, don't often see those used here! You got a Steelhead or maybe a Salmon trip planned Caddis Nice looking rod, never tried a Spey before. I watched a great Steelhead DVD some time ago and the casting and loops were mesmerising.
