cjchen Posted January 10, 2012 Share Posted January 10, 2012 heyas all fished run in up and run out today at towra to wooloware bay flicked sp everywhere near mangroves, oyster leases etc trolled the weed beds only managed 3 flatties around 38cms and one pike at 42cm this is not so great for me, and from memory, every time its full moon the fishing isn't so great during the day if anyone can enlighten me, is it because the fish has fed all night long? regards CJ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I went yesterday and tried Moli, Towra, Dolls, 3rd runway got nothing but a shovel nose I tried for some livies in Yarra bay but could not get through the jackets, they would clean me up before the yakkas could get a chance . General Zod Posted January 14, 2012 Share Posted January 14, 2012 I would always watch it when it was a full moon, never did get any fish, i did this for i while only because i thought i can break this myth, hasn't happen though, so i really never fish on the fullmoon anymore, unless im bored.
