Dfishin
Went down to Burrinjuck on the weekend of the 14th- 15th to meet up with my brother and his family. He had his ski boat down there so i took the fishing boat. On saturday morning we went out early and took the kids to get them into some yellas for the first time for them. Fished live yabbies jigging them around the timbers up behind Wade island and managed to land two yellas to 50cm each one to each kid. Sunday morning fished the same spot and got another 2, one went 35cm and the other 45cm. I was casting a spinner bait and had a real nice yella follow right to the boat and 3 cast later hooked up to a nice one but he got away. Great weekend Dave
Dfishin
A top weekend with great friends and family. Really only fished for maybe 4 hrs all up so i guess it was reasonable fishing. My uncle in another boat got 9 yellowbelly on the saturday at the same spot behind Wade island. The skiing was amazing too. And dont worry all you ski boat haters, they get to me sometimes too but we always make sure we go up the river and find our own little bay away from the fisherman. Although one day couldnt resist the erge to have a fish while waiting for my turn
