Leader choice is more a factor of these things than the breaking strain of your main line. For different scenarios with 20lb braid I've regularly used everything from 10lb nylon to 80lb Fluorocarbon with a 58lb wire bite leader... and almost every possible combination in between Cheers, Slinky Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
