Tieing a plaited double

New to tieing a plaited double and would like a good link or any info to tieing the plait properly that want fail,espcially tieing it off at the end.

Not sure if this is what you're after, but this is the best one i've seen, and one of the simplest.

I've been using this set up for the last three years and never once has it even come close to failing on me.
