smithroosters
Hi everyone, just looking to go out snapper fishing in Moreton Bay but need to know the best way to leave a burley trail leading out behind the boat. Any advice is great. Nick
LeoB
G'day nick For snapper we have always used small cubes of pillies, trying to keep it as constant as possible. Recently I've purchased a mincer (#32) and all old fish frames, bait, prawn shells all get frozen in 2L milk containers cut in half. We do the burley in varying sizes so there's big and small chunks. I then throw these in dillie nets and hang them off the boat. Cheers Leo
