billseeker Posted June 10, 2012 Share Posted June 10, 2012 Went fishing today at lake Mac first time fishing the place so went to coal point armed with the softies drifting through the moored boats flicked for hours to no avail till I changed plastics to a 3 inch shrimp in the banana prawn colour then I hooked a good salmon then a whiting then all of a sudden it felt like I was snagged till it started to move then in come a 62cm lizard which i was stoked about then got 2 flounder the size of dinner plates then finished the day up with another salmon and another 60cm flathead and a few tailor as well not a bad place and all caught on 6pd braid and 4 kilo leader and every fish put up a great fight especially the lizards Cheers Luke Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
