How to fish deep divers from land for flathead?

How should i fish a deep diving lure from land for flathead? like a soft plastic? twitch let it sink twitch?

And also what about for bream?

Depends if its a floating style HB or sinking HB. For floating you should ideally fish in water less than 2 meters. The retrieve is basically a fast double twitch with the rod (downwards) then either a very short (1-2s) pause or a slow wind for 2s. The pause is not as crucial as it is for bream but it will still entice plenty of strikes. For sinking style HB, same retrieve but with an optional upwards flick. This however, depends on the bib size of your lure. With sinking HB you can also do a really fast 3s wind, then a little twitch and repeat over.

If you change up your retrieve every now and again and render it to suit conditions and water depth, then be in with a good chance
