simple but tasty sauce

just finished a feed and thought id share a simple sauce that goes great with fish,

its a dill and lemon mayonnaise

get your favourite mayo 1 cup, add the juice and zest of 1 lemon and 2-3 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill, some salt and pepper and mix it all up, keep refrigerated until ready to use.

to easy and very nice.
