user1829 Posted July 13, 2012 Share Posted July 13, 2012 Heading down to Gerroa for a couple of weeks and planning to fish Black Head for drummer, blackfish and pelagics... any advice on what swell & winds to avoid would be most welcome, or best spots to fish from! the forecast swells look quite variable, with southerly, easterly adn northerly swells all foecast!!! http://swell.willyweather.com.au/nsw/illawarra/black-head.html I have PFD and crampons and will only fish with my wife as observer (i hope she has a fish too, but she said she'd come down to watch me fish) also - if anyone else is going to be fishing down there - we could team up perhaps??
