helliconia
it doesn't really say much about whats happening, does it? It's always a bit worrying when the government prefers us speculating rather than informing
Testlab
So the solution to too many licenses and over regulation is to introduce another license in a new field of regulation... An Australian only recognized VHF license called the Australian Waters Qualification. One has to marvel at bureaucracy.
