Jasoniumh
Spent the last few days fishing the Harbor in Ulladulla, Wednesday was really slow and after two full drizzly hours of absolutely nothing my rod doubled over, a short intense battle ensued producing a good sized (44cm)silver trevally (pictured),taken on a prawn, that went down a treat as dinner. Friday saw small bream and a giant ray. Saturday saw a real mixed bag, another smaller trevally by a fellow angler, good legal whiting (mine), a Luderick (blackfisherman), a legal Tailor(mine) and a barrage of tinny bream to keep the kiddies interested. A great day had by all and it was great to see so many dads out with their kids wetting a line and showing them the joys of fishing. Anyway may you all be blessed with bent rods and straightened hooks. Jas BTW... A little known secret... The Burril Lake ski club's boat ramp has now been opened to the public due to a funding deal. Shhhhhhh...... most of the locals still don't know...
mpreston55
Did you catch that in the actual harbour itself? Good looking trevally. Well done. Great part of the world down there.
