bmp075
Who says there are no fish in the Haweksbury / Cowan system. Took the boat out with my Dad and my Four year old daughter. Fished a the big tide yesterday with a howling north easterly wind on one of the bays at the lower end of the system. Picked up 15 bream of which 6 were of legal length and the biggest went 32cms all were released. The 3 of us used different techniques. My dad unweighted baits ranging from chicken to pilchards. My daughter used bread suspended by float and I used 70mm squidgy wriggler in various natural colours. All techniques provided results with the bread an float catching more fish. A great day out! More room for me and less ppl at the boat ramp.. Win win

Scratchie
Sorry, but sometimes fishing is just luck. You must have used all yours in the one day!
