Day's Fishin Posted January 21, 2013 Share Posted January 21, 2013 The only way I have cooked them is stuffed and baked whole wrapped in alfoil. Stuffing was made off onion, garlic, chives and zucchini. The moisture in the zucchini tends to keep moisture in the fish.
