More fish! Georges River fishing ok!

Hey Raider

Hit the same flats that I did last week fishing the runout tide today....cleaned up again!

Tossed the hardbody lures around and there were plenty of bream and flatties jumping on them... once again the old school 5 year old cultiva and atomic lures did the damage. Fishing in water less than 1m deep.

Massive schools of mullet swimming around and casting lures behind them resulted in some nice bream!

Landed a good dozen flatties and bream but nothing of major... headed back to the boat ramp at lunch time and bumped into a fellow raider!

Out again tomorrow for more fishing... 3 days in a row :)

See ya out there...

Cheers

Trung

Usually I catch mullet for bait. Would be interested in how people cook them up aswell.

Found this recipe on another post!

place in pot of boiling water add two river rocks when the flesh of the fish is soft and moist, throw out the fish and eat the rocks lol
