Offshore this week has been a bit hit and miss, there are marlin being caught from fingal island up to seal rocks but the bite has been far from hot with only a small number of boats getting ones and twos on the inshore Blacks. A couple of boats realeased three fish on wednesday out wider during the week including one on fly there has also been a few blacks caught around the fad earlier in the week. Dolphin fish have also be coming from the fad and fish trips . Snapper fishing has been good around edith ,ventured up there during the week and landed a nice bag of reddies Including a 6kg model and got smoked by severeal other Big Fish. Broughton Island has also seen a good amount of snapper come from it through the week (blank)landed a nice 6kg fish earlier in the week while some other boys up from victoria also had a good session arounnd Cod Rock as well as getting absoultly destroyed by some big kings on 80lb braid outfits. Flathead in 40 -50m of water straight out the front of Fingal Light through to Little Island. Excellent Tailor and Bonitio coming from the edges of the wash zone around the Islands taking Metals and trolled Rapala Xwraps.

Cheers scratchie!!!
