Cannon Lake Troll Downrigger

Hi Raiders,

Just wondring if any one has a Cannon Lake Troll Manual Downrigger?

I'm looking at purchasing one and need to know the measurements of the base.

Cannon website doesn't give any size and as i'm purchasing this via the internet, would like to make sure if it will fit on the gunnels.

I have one on my boat. If you search this site for a thread called 'polycraft info' there are a few pictures of one on my boat. I will measure the baseplate dimensions and post this afternoon.

Looking at those pics it seems that the gunnels may not be wide enough. Have you got the low profile base?

i found some measurements for that (394358 Low Profile Base 189mmL x 146mmW x 29mmH 6mm Dia Holes) but looking at the pic it would appear that the downrigger base is smaller and may fit.

Woukld appreaciate any measurements you can give.

Hi mate, the dimensions of the baseplate I have are - 145mm x 130mm

The 4 screws holding the baseplate down are 65mm apart ie a square with 65mm sides if that makes sense.
