for88y
Went up to Lyell on the weekend to wet a line. Hadn't been there for about a year. Was using worms as bait and ended up with a 33cm rainbow and a 29cm bass. Both were fat fish. I did see a few other guys bring in some 50cm rainbows. Looking forward to getting back there real soon with out the family lol as the fishing is heating up. The dam was at 98% for those wanting to know. dean
Nice mixed bag out of Lyell Neil. I never seem to have much luck there but it's a nice place to camp especially when the dams almost full.
tinny1
Great news on that dam level , the "flickinlures" boat will be heading up there for the fishing comp later this month so watch out for the video on youtube, never fished there before so i am loading up on tassie devils and spinner baits. The satellite dish will be coming so we don't miss the footy
SargeRX8
Are you allowed to camp there or around there? We went to Lake Glenbawn not too long ago, only one bass was caught in our group. Really keen to try catch a trout this season!
