matyg Posted July 1, 2013 Share Posted July 1, 2013 some mates went down on the 20th of june for a few days, didnt see much tuna but the seas were very lumpy and hard to get out, had most success on reefs with the mowies and other usual suspects. there is reports of albacore and bluefin starting to appear further south so only a matter of time. Aqua Monster Posted July 1, 2013 Author Share Posted July 1, 2013 Thanks for the update matyg, think the tuna fishing is on the improve. I'm only fishing a 14ft tinny this trip so just inshore. Headed out today, pretty quiet with only a few Baracouta Might give it another run tomorrow afternoon.
