I heard some guys getting a few kings around 5 to 10kgs 3 weeks ago. They also said they got barracuda but I thought they were a lot further north?? Those fishing Almark have done ok on the Kings but its the bottom fish that have really surprised. Theres been a mixture of anything from John Dory to Long finned sea perch to Gemfish. Most anglers are bringing home a feed from the long run. Judging by the water temperature charts there should be a few Tuna wide of the mountain around 5-10 miles east.
