Peak for nothing

Hi Raiders

Left Sylvania at 5-30. Trolled all the way to the Peak for nothing.

Cruised around looking for kings, could only see massive schools of Jackets.

Only one other boat there and he didn’t stay long. Nothing on jigs, baits were taken by jackets as soon as you got down 30 metres or so. Trolled back to 40 metre depth off Coogee, that’s where I picked up the flathead, 4 blue spot and 1 Marbled, haven’t caught marbled flathead for a while. Back at the ramp at1-00pm.

You have a feed there grandad, better than up river in some places lately, and the jackets are bigger than those caught during winter.

Grandad you did the right thing doing a U turn,those jackets have deterred many people hitting the peak.
