Port Stephens help

Hi All, just joined fishraider while up at port stephens on holiday. I have a small tinnie set up for bay and estuary looking to chase some big flatties, bream and jew. I have only recently started fishing again since my teen years and am enjoying the time on the water with my boy flicking plastics. The rivalry and banter is hilarious. Would like some tips on hard bodies and some places around the bay to find some livies and decent fish. We are staying at Hawks Nest and have had some luck with the flatties near the oyster racks between the singing bridge and shortcut, but cant seem to unlock the bream. Looking forward to hearing from you guys and passing on any info on spots I find. Cheers. Green but keen!!!
