hyzzy333
Hi All,Long time reader on the site and first post!My parents have recently moved up to Shoal Bay and I have been visiting frequently in the last 18 months. I am an avid fisherman and spend a lot of time around Ettalong, Umina, Toukley and even in the Hawkesbury River area with great success. I am currently without a boat but am interested in some land based fishing. The bait and rig I use is aimed towards Bream and Flathead but requires flow - so I'm not overly interested in fishing off the beach! Although I am happy to try anything new and fish for just about any species.....Any help would be appreciated! I'm also after a spot suitable for small kids as my 6 year old is constantly nagging me to fish while we are at Grandma and Grandads house!!!Thanks in advance,Mick

Scratchie
Hi mate, Wanda Wanda headland on great for kids and yourself. You can pump nippers at corlette on low tide and make the short drive around there. Hope that helps! Cheers scratchie!!! P.s do a search in this section, many have put great info on the bay here!
