Paikea
We used to catch a lot of them in Quibray Bay at night using a wire net and a big torch. That area is now a protected zone so you cannot fish or go crabbing there. But if you have a look at Prince Charles parade at Kurnell on Google Earth (or a Fisheries Map) the protected area runs out in a line from the end of the park at the end of Charles Parade to a Red navigation buoy in the middle of the entrance to the River. (Look North/West to see it. I feel sure that there would be crabs outside(North/East) of that line. Good luck and post some pics if you get some. Cheers Paikea
oziodin
If all Fail's you can always give the Hawkesbury Around Danger & and between the road & Rail Bridges a go. Cheers Oziodin
filthmonger
Set your traps in the sandy patches between Bonna Point and Towra Point. Never fails.
