0 Paikea
TC Roughley's book describes it as a Crimson Banded Parrot Fish (Pseudolabrus gymnogenis) They are credited as one of the few fishes able to sleep and have been observed in aquariums laying on the bottom or on top of weed beds. From memory like groper they have green bones. Cheers Paikea
