ID on bait eaten by Dollies

I went out yesterday with lures only & caught my bag limit in no time at all using my favourite dolly lure, this lure has caught me so many dollies its not funny out fishes live bait anyday.

After cutting up the fish I found nearly every Dolly was full of this type of fish but cant find what type it is anyone help here please ?

They eat all sorts of weird and wonderful things out in the deep, for a piss take I'll say baby marlin

Lol yeah that's what I said when I saw them, hungry aggressive buggers they are but.

I think you'll find they are slender snipefish.or a close relative. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slender_snipefish

yeah they eat everything and anything. i've seen some funny lookin things in them.. just glade to hear there not baby marlin.
