Problem is , no ammount of digging here will keep it open for any reasonable period of Time unless the weather changes , and good falls of rain arrive and flush it as often as it used to. Hooky and a few of the locals did just that I`m told on a few occaisions , but the lagoon needs regular rainfall as does everything else to keep it open.
