are there any places that one can squid around Maianbar for squid landbased?

Hi there, an attempt to go fishing tomorrow at Maianbar but was wondering if it would be worthwhile targeting squid. Can anyone reccomend squidding there and where exactly beside looking for the normal weed patches and sand.

I have caught squid off the rocks at the south end of Deeban spit ( the north end of Horden's Beach) but all the best places are on the other side of the Port.
