Basil D
I buy the Herbs (garlic mix) from this middle Easton shop opposite the yuros shop Illawarra rd Marrickville and finely chopped coriander, corn flour and crumbed bread, salt and pepper, I just roll them in the mixture and deep or shallow fry, I don’t make a batter or dip it in egg first as that holds to much of the mixture which in turns will hold a heap of oil when fried. I fry the rings for 20 to 30 seconds a side or up to 2 minutes in a deep fryer pending on how much I put into the cooking basket . My Boys like the potato chopped thick , and it does cook really well. Edited August 19, 2014 by Groper
