Juggs
it is probably powder coatedsand back and use a touch up pen from a auto store
Geoff
Why do you want to remove the paint , do as Juggs suggested , just sand it back & paint. If you want to apply an undercoat suggest Penetrol. It provides both corrusion protection & a good base for the top coat. However , in this weather it may take two or three days to properly dry. locodave
I just want to respray it and make it look like new. I don't like the paint peeling off.

OK , a light sand , smooth out the rough edges, a coat of Penetrol which will both seal & give a strong base coat then give it a spray. Have a scroll through this site http://www.floodaustralia.net/products/paint_additives/penetrol.php Geoff

locodave
Yes it will, but by then hopefully I will have a bigger boat, and probably the new owner of this current boat won't even care like me

If you want to make it look a bit better I would lightly sand just that area then carefully mist it over with white spray paint or even a brush touch up will do, it's a small area compared to the whole thing. It will eventually come back like the others said.
