fisholb Posted January 3, 2015 Share Posted January 3, 2015 Took the family to the spot on jan 1. Got there around 5pm. Spot was packed. Rigged 2 rods with floats. Gave one to my eldest son and the other one to a newbie. Used banana prawns n yakka strips for bait. My son caught 2 fish in the 1st hr. Both fish similar to sweep/dart. Nothing on the 2nd hr so we packed up and was getting dark. Tried spinning with metals but gave up after 30mins. At least we got to wet a line.
