Afternoon sydney harbour fishing

G'day raiders , I have a window of opportunity coming up this week to fish an afternoon, I was wondering if it's worth having a go at some kings.

Has anyone ever had any luck on Pelagics in the afternoon or should I focus my limited time on bream and bread n butter fishing

Any advice is appreciated

With high tides around mid to late afternoon this week I would give you a reasonable chance as the best times are early morning and late afternoon especially when there is a bit of current flowing.

Having said that its all a little difficult to predict but you have to target them to catch a decent specimen. My strike rate on legal kings is not good this year so I feel a little unqualified to give advice at the

moment ( but I will anyway! LOL)

Maybe target a few bonito earlier in the day and then catch your self some live squid and drift past the markers with one and try your luck.
