oziodin Posted March 20, 2015 Share Posted March 20, 2015 Attn: ROAM users' I use M2 to go to Roseville Boat Ramp Just like to advise that anyone that uses M2 Nth /West Ryde Gantry isen't working 100% . I'v just checked my ROAM statement for this month and was overcharge twice Total : $ 25.40 when found I Called . ROAM lucky I spoke to a very helpful lady from ROAM and was refunded so far $25.40 out of curiosity I checked all my statements up to two years back and found another Over Chargeing in Aug 2014 . so the are looking into the claim , so i'm awaiting the out come as i'm writeing this and just got a reply & was refunded another $12.46 so all up $ 37.86 was refunded of my own money. SO IF ANYONE WHO USES M2 CHECK YOU ROAM STATEMENT FOR ANY OVER CHARGEING AS TECHNOLOGY IS NOT FOOL PROOF. Cheers Oziodin Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
