Guest Guest123456789
Came across this 'recipe' in a fishing book. 2 parts flour, 1 part salt, 1 part pepper. For 2 adults and 1 toddler I used 2 tablespoons flour, 1 tablespoon salt and 1 tablespoon pepper and it was just enough. Coat the fish in beaten egg yolk then roll in mix then lightly fry in a pan wiht generous amount of oil. Bloody delicious, you would think it would be too salty but it's not. Check out the pic, this is kingfish fillets frozen for about 3 weeks.
