l2oBiN
Hi Guys, has anyone had experience with the spikey donut type surf sinkers?
Crossfire63
Commonly called Tailor Rigs or Sand grippers and yes they work really well as a running sinker especially for whiting, break and flathead. We use them for tailor fishing as well as they let the line run through them so the fish feels very little resistance. Send me a PM if you cant find them
l2oBiN
Hi mate. Are we talking about the same sinker? These are the ones I saw... How does the line run through them? They look like terminal sinkers... http://www.marine-deals.com.au/media/catalog/product/cache/2/image/20a47c594fd742a59f0b1ac9b87e1814/K/S/KSSAND5OZ.jpg
Crossfire63
Similar They also come with a whole drilled in them so the line will run through as it sits on the bottom
