Scent Blazer Lures
We got out on a nice day and heard of a big striped marlin taken and went in early as me and Dennis decided to throw our lunch overboard but on its maiden voyage his 580 Haines went really well good day for a maiden voyage, conditions were great, water was as bit greenish closer, but really blue outside the shelf. You'll have to pack an extra lunch next time have a good one! Edited December 31, 2015 by Scent Blazer Lures
Overdraft
Unlucky Pete. I got out Tuesday. We eventually found nice water near the southern canyons. Managed a striped marlin 80-85kg on 15kg tackle. Was one cranky fish, nearly spooled us on the first run ha.

Billy2014
We got out on Wednesday, double hook up as soon as we hit the shelf, one was a small black and the other was a small blue which took a lot of 24kg line on its first run. We eventually lost the black but landed the little blue. Nothing for the rest of the day but shy dollies, not wanting to feed on our lures, the dollies seemed to be getting harassed by something bigger. Water temps were 22.4 - 23 all day and the good water seemed to push in from the shelf to the shallower areas during the day. Cheers, Bill.
