covanova
I am keen to buy a kayak for a summer full of fishing soon! One thing that I am pondering over - there seems to be a lot of sit-on types on the market, and not many of the Bass-style covered types. What are the pros and cons of each? I can think of the advantage of not getting wet and sunburnt in the bass-style, but there's a lot of the others on the market and they all appear to have storage compartments and lookm quite stable. Can anyone give some suggestions?
fishaman635
I have a Bass Australis(one man) It is great on the fresh waterbut without a keel it is bifficult in the salt water currents They are as stable as a rock. On a very hot day they get they are uncomfortable. I hope that helps!!!! Laurie

covanova
If you look closely, the waveski is called "raider" - how appropriate!
