Greyfox Posted July 17, 2016 Share Posted July 17, 2016 I have always coated them in rice flour then shallow pan fried in a nut oil with a big dob of butter, they only take about 8-10 minutes to cook, serve with salad or mashed potato, i find they are a really tasty fish and dont need any herbs or spices.
