tallie294
I am thinking of buying a rampage or a busta and putting a 40hp four stroke ( 112 klg's) on the back. Any thoughts on this combo being too heavy
552Evo
What size/length is that boat ? If you're looking at a new outboard some of them now are the same weight at almost double the HP. Or conversely maybe you could get a outboard at 40HP with less weight. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Guest Guest123456789
I've got the rampage with a Suzuki 30hp 2 stroke. I suspect the weight will be ok, the weight difference 30hp 2 stroke vs 40hp 4 stroke is about 30kg and I've had a live bait tank weighing about 30kg aft of the rear seat and the boat planed and handled fine.
