dirvin21
I have finally got my bream mojo back, started off a few days ago spinning the Nambucca river, first up loads of small tailor almost in plague proportions. Got the lure right up inot a shallow edge out of reach of the tailor and straight on to a better fish which turned out to be a reasonable flathead. Kept working the shallow rocky water and the bream started coming not overly big but still bream Yesterday headed over to the Macleay, just working my way along a footbridge casting a cranka crab up against the pylons and was rewarded with bream including better quality fish spotted a school of bream following a stingray so put a cast in the middle of them and was on straight away Thats it for fishing the next few days hopefully with the rain the fishing will keep improving cheers for reading Dave

macman
I've found in my bream luring that if the tailor are around its a good thing. Especially since zman lures have been around. They are tough enough to withstand the tailor and whatever the tailor are feeding on, usually tiny white fish of different types, the bream are also actively feeding on. Just my observation over the last two years. Matt
jdanger
Ya might be onto something there, Macman. Flathead usually aren't far off either. Follow the bait, I suppose.
