Koalaboi
Tried the beach this morning. A few pillies to use but the gathering nor'easter saw me travelling north to find a beach that's somewhat sheltered. Did so. One other feller fishing using frozen beach worms. I saw him catch a nice bream, a good dart and a stonker salmon (on 6lb leader no less!..Well done mate.) I landed a nice trev now sashimi'd and eaten. Beach worms...the bait of your eternal dreams ay! They catch anything off the sand. KB Edited December 2, 2017 by Koalaboi spelling error

Koalaboi
Hi, Years ago used to fish the long reef platform on a rising tide for blackfish. After the blackfish stopped we'd clean them and use to gut for bream bait...really good. KB
