Guest Guest123456789 Posted April 14, 2018 Share Posted April 14, 2018 Ingredients 10 mini tortillas 3 crabs, boiled, chilled then meat extracted. one flathead filletted, skinned and deboned, marinate in lemon juice in fridge 2 hours. 1 teaspoon cornflour 2 lemons, juiced herbies 32 degrees spice mix 1 tablespoon 1/4 red cabbage, diced 1 teaspoon honey One third a cup of cottage cheese or mayonnaise 1 avocado (if you haven’t run out!). 1 red onion diced 200 grams fresh tomatoes diced 1 handful fresh herbs (coriander, parsley etc) 1 teaspoon cumin salt and pepper peanut oil method pre Heat oven 180 degrees bake tortillas 10 mins dice tomatoes, onion, add some lemon juice, herbs., seasoning and a sprinkle of cumin. Place in serving bowl. shred cabbage, add honey, cottage cheese and lemon juice. Place in serving bowl. pit avocado and slice. Make sure it’s covered. heat oil in pan and fry fish with herbs and spices. Add herbies spice mix, cornflour and gently warm through cooked crab. Assemble, serve and enjoy.
