frankS
There has been some talk lately of the importance of isolating different metals to avoid corrosion and I agree it is very important. One small tip I could suggest is with bolts and nuts is to get a small length of fuel hose or similar and cut small approx. 1mm thick pieces and use these as gaskets, For self tapping screws use small tube of some kind, I have approx. 6 kl of medical oxygen hose and I cut about 100 gaskets at a time. There are all sorts of hose to suit all sorts of nuts and bolts, also use Sikaflex if you wish but no real need if you have rubber gaskets between the different metals.
