Rod For A Stradic 1000

Will be buying a stradic soon , just wondering what rod i should match it up with...willing to pay up to $150.

( for flicking sp's with 4lb fireline)

Try the berkley dropshot. For only 100 bucks its great for light stuff. I've caught a couple of rat kings and it holds up great.

I think ill check that one out do you know if they stock them at fish outta water or either one of the narrabeen fishing shops?

and also, what legnth would be good? 7ft??

FOW have them, i think they come in 6' and 6'6".

you'll love it.

I would go a sic stic by studwick 1-3 kg rod.There awsome ive caught so many different species on this rod and they cast really well. Have a look around there around the $130 mark.Good luck

i have a procaster 4 im7 diawa matched to a stradic and it casts small jigs and lures perfeclty /the dropshot is a little heavy for really light jig heads ,i use it mainly for school jews
