Hi all just wondering what fish are around now as I normally just fish in summer

Hi Lory, Not sure where you're based but on the mid north coast this is the most productive time of the year to restock your freezer. Lots of pelagic activity as well as reef species. Keep an eye on reports for Tailor moving up the coast if you are land based - & if so don't forget big flathead in the lower reaches followed by hopefully a good run of winter bream. Mullet have been netted on the coast around here so check you area (slow cook butterflied sea run mullet over a small fire thanks). Good luck.
