Guest lbgking Posted January 4, 2006 Share Posted January 4, 2006 Hi all, The Annual Fish-a-thon is on at the Penrith Regatta centre on the 26th of January (Australia Day). Entry forms can be down loaded from: http://www.penrithcity.nsw.gov.au/uploaded...ntry%20Form.pdf Or forms can be filled in on the day. Start time is 6am and finish at 10am. All fishing is catch and release (except Carp) so you will need to bring barbless hooks along. The Lake is stocked with 48,000 bass that are now in the 30-35cm range with some Carp up to 80cm as well. The venue is kids freindly but you need to bring your own chairs. ianoc69 Posted January 25, 2006 Share Posted January 25, 2006 I will be there with the family. Not a good idea to take the rod - although tempting - as the (she who must be obeyed) will not approve.
