bazza505 Posted November 27, 2023 Posted November 27, 2023 G'day fishos, I'm heading up to One Mile over Chrsitmas and looking to get my hands on a Kingfish or 5. I'm from Sydney and usually hit up the ocean rock ledges here, casting stick baits and soft plastics early in the morning. I usually get a few kings and bonnies before and a bit after sunrise. I'm wondering if this is possible around Port Stephens. I've read a lot of posts here which suggests they're quite fickle in the sense that they don't tend to frequent any set place or hang around specific areas. I'm aware of the geography and conditions to look for, but just wondering about access to certain locations and if it's actually possible to catch them off the stones. Any advice is appreciated. Tight lines! 2
