cogo44 Posted July 26 Share Posted July 26 (edited) Eight of us caught 36 flathead and almost as many whiting south of The Heads on Thursday. Not so many snapper as on our last trip four weeks ago but a good variety of fish were caught when going over areas of broken reef in amongst the sand. It has been some time since we have got amongst the flatties. A good season of flathead fishing is now in prospect.
